LeadPilot provides tools for business discovery, website research, lead qualification and outreach preparation. Available features may change during development.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to their accounts. Final eligibility and account policies must be established before launch.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the service for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, abusive automation, harassment or violations of applicable privacy and marketing laws.
4. Prospecting and Outreach
Users are responsible for evaluating leads, reviewing generated content and complying with applicable outreach, privacy and anti-spam requirements.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted analysis and drafts may contain errors. Users should independently verify information before relying on it or contacting prospects.
6. Subscription Terms
Payment methods, prices, renewals, cancellations and refunds have not yet been finalized. Binding subscription terms must be added before paid plans launch.
7. Liability and Governing Law
The final agreement must identify the contracting entity, applicable law, dispute resolution process and legally appropriate liability provisions.
